A combination of Flow and Yin yoga are offered to compliment your cardiovascular and strength training workouts.

Flow:  The posture are linked together in sequesnces to create a cardio class, along with building strength and flexibility.  Breath work is emphasized in this class.

Yin: In the Taoist tradition, this class is slow, deep stretch.  We use mostly seated postures, which are held 2-4 minutes, in order to release the deep connective tissue, muscles, and joints.

Classes are taught by Michele Regan, RYT-200 Certified. Michele comes from an Anusara Yoga background. Her classes offer the perfect blend of breath control, proper alignment, as well as strength in postures while practicing, set to motion with an eclectic mix of music.
