An athlete of all ages wants to become bigger, faster, stronger, quicker, more powerful and overall more athletic. At Elite Fitness, we do just that!  Each athlete will be given an extensive fitness assessment to learn how his/her body moves and what strengths and weaknesses they currently possess.  From there, the athlete will train in small sports specific groups that are led by our certified strength and conditioning coach.  Each session is 60 minutes that combines flexibility exercises along w/ agilities, plyometrics, core strength, and functional movements to get body moving optimally.  In addition, you will train on the very unique Force treadmill to increase power, speed, quickness, acceleration, leg strength, and overall running form.
