Personal one-on-one or semi-private training is for all individuals.  Depending on you goals of weight loss, weight gain, body fat reduction, toning up, and increased muscle mass…personal training will be the perfect decision for you.  Our certified fitness coaches will design and lead you into all the exercises in the 30 or 60 minute sessions.  These sessions will be intense and beneficial as we push you to your fitness level.  You will be challenged both mentally and physically as you stress your muscles in order to achieve your desired goals.  Nutrition and cardiovascular exercises will be explained in the sessions and set up in your program.
