Heath received his Business degree from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He obtained his Masters of Science in Exercise Science: Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania.
Van Patten has trained many top high school and college athletes focusing on speed, power, quickness, strength, and flexibility. Heath has a passion to get the most out of athletes both on and off the field.
In his spare time, Heath is involved in soccer, baseball, softball, strength training, cycling, and triathlons. He also enjoys being outdoorshiking, camping, running, biking and spending time with family and friends. He makes his home in Phoenix with his wife of two years, Jackie.

Brittney Richeson is currently attending

Community College
, planning to transfer to a university, but is undecided on her major. She is certified as a personal trainer threw NASM (National Academy in Sports Medicine).
Brittney has had a passion in sports her entire life. She played soccer for 11 years, volleyball for 6 years, and softball off and on for several years. She enjoys working with athletes and seeing their bodies and confidence prosper day after day. It is her ambition and delight to make the client reach their goals as individuals.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends. She is up for anything outdoors, including camping, hiking, sand volleyball, or any kind of sport. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new things.

Mat Evans received his BA in Physical Education and Psychology from

St John
University
in
England.
Mat is currently gaining his National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT) certification.
Mat has a great enthusiasm for Sports. He is nationally certified in soccer coaching with a USSF “D” License, and a Football Association Level 1-4 License and is currently Assistant Director of Coaching for
Pinnacle Soccer Academy
,
Arizona
’s first all girls premier soccer club. Mat is also certified by the FA for the Treatment and Management of Injuries.
In his spare time, Mat like to relax and spend time with his friends and family. He also likes to be very active, playing for an MISL Indoor Soccer Team and also a Competitive outdoor team on weekends. He currently lives in
Phoenix
with his wife of 3 years, Silvia.

Jackie received her B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University, an M.A. in Sports & Exercise Psychology, and an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. She is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
Jackie attended the University of New Orleans on a full athletic scholarship to play basketball. While injuries forced the end of her collegiate career she continues to participate in the sport by coaching two girls club basketball teamsYouth 11/under and Youth 17/under. She is also the Head Coach for the Pinnacle High School's Varsity girls basketball team. She enjoys playing all types of sports and competing.
She works closely with teams and individuals to maximize their competitive edge in both sports and life!

Michele Regan started her Yoga Practice 5 years ago, after moving to the Cave Creek area. She fell in love with the physical and spiritual aspect of the exercise. In order to deepen her practice and commitment, she began working at the Yoga Garden in Cave Creek, in September, 2003. That next summer, she organized and ran a Yoga for Kids camp at the studio, and continued teaching children in an after school program, which led to her getting her RYT 200 Certification, in December, 2005.
Since then Michele has worked thruout the Northeast Valley at various Fitness centers, and Country Clubs teaching Vinyasa Flow, Basics, Power & Yin Yoga Classes. Michele's strength lies in the alignment principals, breathwork and creative flow yoga all set to an eclectic mix of music.

Chris Wall received his BS in Exercise Science from Arizona State University and completed his internship at the University of Miami. His certification include National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT). Chris is CPR and AED certified through American Heart Association.
Chris takes great pride in the amount of passion he has within the fitness field. He is motivated from those who share the same passion and want to achieve a healthier body and ‘quality’ of life for themselves. His personality is laid back in nature, and highly motivated to better himself as a person.
When not training, Chris enjoys the outdoors, especially water-sports! Football, basketball, Surfing, UFC, good food, conversation and traveling.
